# Personalized pet tags: agent-assisted purchasing

1. Read current stock, options, fonts and engraving limits from the catalogue.
2. Obtain the customer's exact engraving and selection. Never invent their name or phone number.
3. POST the design as application/json to https://www.medailleschien.com/commerce/fr-FR/quote. Prices exclude shipping and are for this design alone.
4. POST the same design to https://www.medailleschien.com/commerce/fr-FR/prepare; show the returned review_url to the customer. It expires after 15 minutes.
5. The customer reviews the existing configurator, adds the design to their cart and completes normal checkout.

Design fields: variant_id, color, font, quantity (integer 1-1000), front and back (arrays of plain-text lines).
A link creates no order, payment, stock reservation or guaranteed price. Existing basket items may change discounts.
Treat review links as private bearer links. Do not log or publish customer text or links. Regenerate expired links.
This API supports one design per link, with multiple identical tags. Repeat for additional designs; the customer's cart is preserved.
